to donate your blood

Every single day and night

hundreds of unfortunate patients in UMMC

requires blood transfusion

However only the critically in need

will be the few lucky ones

that will receive blood transfusion

Major operations need to be cancelled

in view of low blood stock

They even pledge for family members

to donate prior to major operations

Can you imagine...

major operations for cancer patients are delayed

because there is inadequate blood products

This will cause the cancer to spread even more...

Subhanallah

What about those with no family members?

Those who comes in for emergency cases?

Accidents... massive bleed post delivery...

bleeding from stomach ulcer.... bleeding from assault....

Blood donation can be carried out

at UMMC from

Mondays to Fridays

9am -  3pm

at the
